To help ensure interested community members are aware of proposed development projects and have a chance to provide input early in the application review process, the City of Carlsbad requires project applicants to go beyond minimum legal noticing requirements. Specifically, Weiler Development Services is sending you this mailed notice so you can learn about a project proposed in your neighborhood and how you can provide input.

Project Description
Nursing Educational Facility to provide university level facility for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing will be offered with a 126-credit hour curriculum. The facility will occupy 24,091 square feet within Suite 250. The facility has a capacity for a maximum enrollment of 400 students and 27 administrative/instructors. Instruction may occur Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 10:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am – 2:00 pm. The maximum number of students and faculty at the facility at any given time will be 144.
